KIIS Fashion strives to bring you the most competitive clothing and shipping prices with only $10.00 for regular shipping and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49 Australia Wide. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Delivery is $10.00AUD including GST & FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $49! (Australia Wide Only).
  • Goods are delivered via Australia E-Parcels and a signature is required.
  • Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.

TRACKING ORDERS

  • An automated response is sent to your email address, confirming your order details and states “processing".
  • This status will not change until the day your order is ready to be dispatched and picked up from our distribution centre by Australia Post. Your order status will change to “shipped” on collection by Australia Post.
  • E-Parcels can be traced on the day that your order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped by Australia Post.
  • You should receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days when your order status has changed to “shipped” for most locations. The exceptions are WA, NT, Far NQ and TAS locations due to Australia Post delivery network system.
  • You will receive an automated email from Australia Post confirming its dispatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery.
  • Express Post parcels are not scanned until the parcel reaches the destination and cannot be traced as well as E-Parcels.

DELAYED ORDER: Why?

 Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:

  • Item availability - We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
  • Items that are Out of Stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
  • Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
  • After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We reserve the right:

  • All orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
  • We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
  • All refunds will be made in the same way as originKIIS paid.
  • Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible.  We cannot guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
